Order Processing:
Online orders are typically prepared for shipping within 48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Local Pick-Up:
Local pick-up orders are generally ready within 48 hours. If your order is urgent, please indicate this at the time of purchase or message directly to 0483 823 456. While we cannot guarantee faster processing, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
You will be notified once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this notification before arriving. After receiving confirmation, you may collect your order at your convenience. If staff are unavailable at the time of your arrival, your order will be placed in a secure collection crate.

Home Delivery:
Home delivery is available only within a 10-minute radius of Upper Coomera and is subject to driver discretion. Deliveries are typically made after business hours.
