Diamond FX Round Nr 8

A number 8 round from Diamond FX. One of the larger rounds in the range, with enough belly to cover significant areas in a few strokes while the point still handles detail.

What it's for

  • Base coats on cheeks, forehead, and larger body sections
  • Blocking in broad colour fields before detail work
  • Blending edges between large colour areas

The brush itself

The round shape means you get a wide stroke when pressed flat and a fine point when angled, so this one brush covers both filling and finishing. Synthetic bristles spring back after each stroke and rinse clean between colours.
