✨ How to Apply a Glitter Tattoo

1. Prepare the skin – Make sure the area is clean, completely dry and free from oils, moisturiser and lotions.
2. Remove the backing sheet – Carefully peel away the backing layer to expose the adhesive.
3. Apply the stencil – Place the adhesive side firmly onto the skin and smooth down the edges.
4. Remove the clear application sheet – Carefully peel away the clear top layer, leaving the stencil design attached to the skin.
5. Apply glitter tattoo glue – Brush a thin, even layer of body-safe glitter tattoo glue over the exposed stencil design.
6. Allow the glue to become tacky – Follow the instructions provided with your glitter tattoo glue.
7. Add cosmetic-grade body glitter – Apply glitter over the glue, gently puffing, pressing or patting it into place.
8. Remove excess glitter – Brush away loose glitter.
9. Peel away the stencil – Carefully remove the stencil to reveal your sparkling Ghost! ✨

Glitter tattoos are not recommended for use on the face, as facial skin can be more sensitive. There is also a greater risk of glitter or adhesive coming into contact with the eyes during application, particularly when applying designs around the forehead, eyelids, cheeks or temples. Even when a tattoo is placed on the cheek, a sudden breeze or movement can cause loose glitter to travel towards the eyes.
